The spooky egg is an item that may be obtained by rummaging through the spooky cauldron and taking "something spooky". It is used alongside the old wool, bruised banana, and smelly sock to create the terrifying charm, which are used in the 2022 and 2023 Halloween events.

A Spooky Egg would spawn every 15 minutes, turning the sky a dark purple. The egg would give off a heartbeat sound, which became louder if the player got closer. It could also be purchased from the Event Shop for 2,500 Candy Corn. The Spooky Egg is colored white with a black cutout mouth and eyes.
