Can I ship my order to an APO, FPO or PO Box?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the ability to send your custom M&M'S to any APO, FPO or PO Box. This in no way reflects our feelings towards the women and men who serve our country. Current regulations prevent non-government parcel services from delivering packages directly to APO's and FPO's. We are continuously trying to improve our service and quality; we are working with our business partner to overcome this challenge, as FedEx™ currently does not ship directly to APO's, FPO's or PO boxes. If you would like to discuss this further and need help finding a solution, please call or Chat with a representative now via the live chat icon in the top right.

Can I ship my order on to someone else?

While you can ship them on again, make sure to follow these steps when shipping. Again, do not refrigerate your M&M’S Candies. Simply refreeze the included ice packs and place them back into the box, outside the wrapping-out of direct contact with product. Be sure to use a quick shipping method (maximum 2-day shipping).
