WOW! A BIG “THANK YOU” to Mays Strategic Philanthropy Class for awarding SOS $25,000 to purchase a newer, more reliable bus! A newer bus will multiply the impact of our ministry programs by providing more reliable transportation for the hundreds of kids we serve and giving more men and women the opportunity to earn their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-B) through our FREE Jack Threadgill Vocational Training Program.We are so grateful for Kyle Gammenthaler, class lecturer, and the students in his class who dedicated their semester to learn about local nonprofits and contribute to organizations making a difference in our community. The impact of the Mays Strategic Philanthropy Class’s generosity and commitment to serve will generate a ripple effect and spark lasting transformation in the Brazos Valley. SOS Ministries serves over 500 children across the Brazos Valley to provide consistent, loving support children can rely on, speak Truth into their lives, and help them grow into strong men and women filled with Hope. This semester, 5 SOS kids gave their lives to Christ and began their journey to walking in freedom!
