MON

After School Program

The After School Program keeps kids K-6th grade off the streets until 5:00 p.m. while teaching them Bible Studies and leadership skills, providing academic tutoring, and having classes in skills such as cooking, gardening, guitar, and dance. After School program is 3:30-5:00 p.m., Mondays-Fridays.

Time: 3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. Location: SOS Building

Children's Ministry

Children are taught a Bible lesson, play games, receive dinner, and participate in crafts and worship. Children’s Ministry is held from 7:15-8:30 p.m. every Monday Night for children in Kinder-6th grade.

Vocational Training Program

Monday & Tuesday evenings from 6-9 p.m., men participate in vocational training classes where skills in plumbing & welding are taught along with life skills such as financial management and healthy relationships to become more employable and skilled workers.

Men's Bible Study

Men meet at our building to learn more about God and what it looks like to be a man of God. The Bible Study provides a more intimate setting where relationships are built, healing occurs, and men dive into scripture and grow together in Christ.Childcare is provided.

Women's Bible Study

Women meet at our building to learn more about God and what it looks like to be a woman of God. Bible Study time provides an encouraging atmosphere where deep relationships are formed, healing occurs, and women dive into scripture as they grow together in Christ. Throughout the year the women also help with SOS events and go on retreats that provide a time for them to get away and spend time with the Lord. Childcare is provided for Tuesday and Thursday night Bible studies.

SOS Hearne

SOS has expanded its ministry to Hearne, TX. Each Wednesday night from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. we pick up kids in the neighborhoods and bring them to a local church where we have a Bible study with the kids.

Youth, 7th-12th grade, are taught a Bible lesson then break into smaller groups based on age. Bible study takes palace from 7:30-8:30 p.m. every Thursday night.
