The MAGGI brand originated in Switzerland. It was founded in 1884, when Swiss entrepreneur Julius Maggi had a vision: to make good-tasting and nutritious food accessible to busy, working families.

Results: The results show that the levels of Pb, As, and Cd found in instant noodles do not exceed the maximum allowable limits set forth by the FDA and EFSA. A significant difference between rice and wheat noodles is noted for As and Pb concentrations, where rice > wheat (p<0.05).

Maggi cubes are made from carefully selected ingredients. Each cube contains iodised salt, sugar, chilli, pepper, cloves, cassava, onion, corn starch, monosodium glutamate (MSG), palm oil, soya lecithin, color caramel, and lovage. In some countries, the cube does not contain cassava, but fermented soy beans.

The composition of one of the unhealthiest fat, trans fats, makes Maggi unhealthy for all the people who ingest Maggi weekly. Furthermore, trans fats require even longer than saturated fatty acids to break down in the system.

Yes you can. But foods with sticky consistency & excess trnsfats are generally not properly digested (my personal experience during fever). You must modify the simple plain maggi (water+noodles+tastemaker) by adding fiber. Fiber is found in onion, garlic, tomatoe, coriander, dried fenugreek & sliced potatoes.
