HOME Affordable Housing Program

Affordable housing units are also available through the HOME affordable housing program. The HOME Affordable housing program is available to low and moderate-income households. This program ensures reasonable housing choices for individuals and families. The tables below include the HOME Program maximum income limits and rents. A families’ income cannot exceed the amounts reflected below, based on the income requirements for that development.

Unfortunately, these units are currently filled and we do not have any vacancies; however, Beacon is currently accepting applications for the waiting list.
