@WBTV_News y’all really need to look into @DukeEnergy to compare outages and restoration time to other areas. Basic summer storms knocking out power grids every time for 12 hours is ridiculous and everyone here just accepts it as the norm.

@DukeEnergy Okay... You guys have been good in the past, and this is the first outage in 2020 after a dozen of them in 2019.However, the more widespread outages from last year were resolved quicker than this. Was not planning to go into the night still without power.

@DukeEnergy is Duke ever going to offer lower time of use charging rates in Indiana to help EV owners? This is a huge feature missing from your service. Thanks for considering. I could also run my pool pump off hours further helping the grid.

@DukeEnergy why does your recent email mention only fuel costs and not the company trying to recoup hurricane costs as why you're raising rates? Be honest. You didn't want to see a dip in profit so passing the cost to customers.
