@Xfinity apparently 300 dollars a month for internet and cable isn’t enough to be a valued customer. I moved my services online the 27th and cable still isn’t working. My son spent an hr on the phone with a rep yesterday, was able to get her to send the WiFi signal. WTH is up??

Comcast - NEVER FAILS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY. Net Promoter Score is -3. Told my service call was “expedited” to today. I Called to confirm & was told it is not today. HORRIBLE - DON’T USE COMCAST, DREADFUL COMPANY.

Chatted with Comcast support and, shockingly, they were able to confirm v6 DNS traffic is broken and a support ticket has been filed. How do you break all v6 traffic on TCP/UDP port 53 and not notice?!?

A couple hours ago, a @WasteManagement truck caught itself in a line and knocked it down. After freeing the truck, the driver left the cable hanging down into the street with the broken and exposed end in my yard. I think it's an @Xfinity cable rather than @NESpower, but ... 1/
