Empowering Your Team to DREAM & Engage ✨ CEO, Best-Selling Author

Your dreams are yours for a reason. They were placed in your heart and they aren't going anywhere. They want you to believe in them as much as they believe in you.
I get to ask people about their dreams every day because of the work I do at Floyd Coaching. You get to ask this question too. Start asking yourfamily, friends, and colleagues, and watch their eyes light up and energy shift as they share their passions with you.
As we prepareto head into a new year, challenge yourself to create your list of one hundreddreams. Yes, one hundred! It may seem like a lot, but it's an opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Give yourself permission to dream big.

We all have dreams in different areas of life. In Matthew Kelly's book The Dream Manager, he shares the twelve areas of dreams. They arephysical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, psychological, material, professional, financial, creative, adventure, legacy, and character.
Think about it. All you have to do is write down six to eight dreams in each category and you'll have your list of one hundred dreams. It's a powerful exercise. Yourdreams will guide you to have your most amazing year yet!
Here's to creating your list of one hundred dreams and rediscovering joy and passion in your life.
