What are the reasons of MNP reject?
There can be several reasons for an MNP being denied:
- The personal information of the subscriber with the current provider does not match the ID details provided in the MNP application to Azercell.
- The number is not registered in subscriber’s name.
- The number is not active at the current provider.
- The number is active less than 90 days at the current provider.
- The number is the subject of a legal issue between the subscriber and the current provider.
- The number is for internet usage only.
- There is an active debt on the mobile number.

Individuals and Legal persons can switch to Azercell from other operators by applying at any Azercell Exclusive offices with the relevant documents.
In order to carry out the restoration operation of prepaid line numbers, subscribers must top-up their number accounts (numbers to be restored) by presenting 5 AZN card. Service fee in the amount of 2 AZN (VAT inclusive) will be charged during the operation.ᅠ
Prepaid line subscribers may switch to Postpaid line without changing the number.
