The Georgia Bulldogs have gone paperless. Learn how to download your ticket to your smartphone and read FAQ’s about the digital tickets.

All mobile tickets live in your georgiadogs.com ticket account. iPhone users will need to download tickets to their Apple Wallet and Android users will download tickets to their Google Wallet. It is extremely important to download your tickets in advance of the game as there is limited cellular coverage in the vicinity of Georgia Athletic events. Once your tickets have been downloaded, you do not need cellular service to access them or have them scanned.

Do not print out your digital ticket as printed digital tickets will not be accepted at the gate. On gameday, you may go straight to the gate and present your ticket from your phone’s wallet. For tickets with a QR code, scan the QR code displayed.

The steps below are shown for Apple iOS users. Steps will be similar for Android users.

Important: Please do this while connected to Wi-Fi and prior to getting to Sanford Stadium or your Georgia Athletics event.

  1. Click the “Ticket” icon in the bottom red tray
  2. Click “Manage Tickets”
  3. Log in with your georgiadogs.com account information – use the same email and password you would if logging in to your account on georgiadogs.com
  4. Active tickets will show your main account screen in the “My Tickets” section
  5. Click the tickets you would like to add to your mobile wallet
  6. Click the “Add to Apple Wallet” for each ticket you would like to download
  7. In the upper right corner, click “Add”
  8. Locate your “Wallet” app on your phone and click to open your wallet
  9. Your downloaded tickets will appear in your wallet
  10. To gain access to your event, open your wallet app and present each ticket to the event staff member to be scanned and to gain entry to your event

  1. Click the “Ticket” icon in the bottom red tray
  2. Click “Manage Tickets”
  3. Log in with your georgiadogs.com account information – use the same email and password you would if logging in to your ticket account on georgiadogs.com
  4. On your main account screen, select “Transfer Tickets”
  5. Select the game, and tickets, you would like to transfer and select, “Continue”
  6. Enter the mobile phone of the individual you are transferring the tickets. If you do not have a mobile phone number for the individual you can select the enter email address button.

Note, you can transfer multiple tickets to multiple individuals.

  1. Click “Review Transfer”
  2. If all the information is correct, click “Transfer Ticket”

View Transfer Your Tickets Walk-Thru

Important: Please do this while connected to Wi-Fi and prior to getting to Sanford Stadium or your Georgia Athletics event.

  1. Click the “Ticket” icon in the bottom red tray
  2. Click “Purchase Tickets”
  3. Select the event you want to purchase tickets
  4. Select the amount of tickets and then click “Continue”
  5. Select the type of tickets you would like to purchase and click “Buy”
  6. Click the “Add Card” and enter your credit card information. Once entered, click “Saved”
  7. Click “Place Order”
  8. Once your order is placed, click “Manage Tickets” to download them to your mobile wallet using your app. You will get an email from ugatickets@sports.uga.edu with links to your digital tickets to download.
  1. Click the “You” icon in the bottom red tray
  2. Click the “Bell” icon for the sport you want to enable push notifications.
  3. Select the type of notification you want to enable.
  4. Click “Ok” to accept changes

Mobile Tickets FAQs


Mobile ticketing provides guests and employees a safe and contactless environment with increased protection again fraud as well as reducing the challenges of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets. Guests can access their mobile tickets on their smartphone through their respective Georgia Ticket Account or within their phone’s digital wallet.

Yes, all tickets are mobile. Physical tickets and print-at-home tickets will not be issued.

A smartphone is required to use mobile tickets. If you do not own a smartphone, but someone you are attending the game with does, you can use that person’s smartphone to access your tickets to enter the stadium. If you do not own a smartphone, nor does anyone in your party, please contact the University of Georgia Ticket Office at 706-542-1231 to discuss alternative options.

If you have previously purchased tickets from the Georgia Athletics Ticket Office, you already have an account in our ticketing system. Visit georgiadogs.com/MyAccount to log in or activate your account.

  1. If you have previously activated your online account: Use your email address and password you previously created to log in. If you don’t know your password, select the “Forgot Password” option to have a temporary password link emailed to you.
  2. If you have not previously activated your online account: Select “Activate Your Account” under the “Log In” button to activate your online account. Use your existing account number and PIN number to start the activation process. If you do not know your account number or PIN number, please contact the Georgia Ticket Office
  3. If you are purchasing tickets online for the first time: You will be automatically prompted to create an account in order to complete your purchase.

Yes, our ticketing software and ticket management systems utilize industry standard encryption and security policies, so your mobile ticketing account and password are well protected.

For season tickets and tickets purchased prior to the start of a season, they will become active on your account page roughly 3-4 weeks prior to the start of the season. During the season, tickets will be emailed to you immediately following purchase.

Tickets purchased through the Georgia Ticket Office will become active roughly three to four weeks prior the season for season tickets and tickets purchased prior to the start of the season. Ticket holders will receive notification when tickets are ready for download and then prompted to login to their online accounts at georgiadogs.com/myaccount

Yes, you can swipe through your available tickets at the venue and enter together if the entire party is present. However, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket.

Mobile tickets must be presented on a smartphone for entry. Any printed copies of mobile tickets will not be permitted for entry.

No, a mobile ticket must be provided on your mobile device within your phone’s digital wallet in order to gain entry into the stadium. It is extremely important to download your tickets in advance of the game as there is limited cellular coverage in the vicinity of Michigan Athletic events. Once your tickets have been downloaded, you do not need cellular service to access them or have them scanned.

Please note: Photocopies, scans, or pictures on a mobile phone of hard tickets will not be permitted for entry.

Yes, you may transfer your tickets to somebody else. Detailed instructions for transferring tickets using the app can be found in the “Mobile App How To” section above titled, “How to Transfer Tickets using the app”.

Yes. If they do not have a current account, they will be able to create one during the transfer process.

One you transfer your tickets and they are accepted by your recipient you will no longer have access to those tickets. Your barcodes are voided and new barcodes are sent to the new ticket holder. That ticket holder can then download the tickets to their mobile phone or transfer them to another individual.

To guarantee seamless entry, we strongly encourage you to download your tickets into your smartphone wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay) prior to your arrival at the venue. Once your tickets have been downloaded, you do not need cellular service to access them or have them scanned.

Ticket assistance will be available at the box office at each facility on the day of the event.

No, tickets can only be transferred through your online account. This will ensure that we are able to assist and provide the best game day experience for those using the tickets at our events.

Tickets for all road games at the visiting team’s home stadium will be available to download through the online ticket portal. Tickets for the Florida game or any Neutral site event (SEC Championship and Bowl games included) will be delivered about two weeks prior to the game.
