Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana

The Golden Nugget prohibits smoking/vaping marijuana and/or tobacco on hotel property including hotel rooms other than the casino floor. If you or anyone in your party chooses to smoke/vape in the hotel room, a $500.00 refreshing/Deep Cleaning fee will be charged to your account.

A: The hotel strictly adheres to the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act, but smoking is allowed in most of the casino areas as well as a limited amount of guest rooms and suites on the 36th Floor only. Smoking in rooms or suites designated as non-smoking are subject to cleaning fees.

Many hotels with casino floors allow smoking in this area, but not as many allow it in their rooms. Some hotels do have rooms where smoking is allowed, but these rooms are on certain floors and may be few and far between. The Flamingo however, has many different smoking rooms and suites to choose from.
