What color wig would look best on me? ›

Generally, cool skin tones look best with wig hair colors that have blue, violet, or ash undertones. These colors include shades of blonde, brown, and black, such as platinum blonde, ash brown, and ebony black. As for warm skin tones, they look best with colors that have golden or red undertones.

Burgundy, deep reds and copper colours make for the perfect wig colours for darker skin. If you're going for an all-over red colour, we'd recommend a deep auburn colour. If it's a highlighted look you're going for you can opt for a slightly bolder shade of red.
