Directions
Gather all ingredients.
Combine minced onion, peanut oil, rice vinegar, water, ginger, celery, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender.
Blend until all ingredients are well-pureed, about 30 seconds.
