Arshdeep Singh Reveals Unique Training Ground Ritual with Bowling Coach Morne Morkel
A recent viral video captured a lighthearted moment during Team India's net session in Birmingham, showcasing pacers Arshdeep Singh and Akash Deep engaging in a playful wrestling match with bowling coach Morne Morkel.

Neither Arshdeep nor Akash Deep featured in the playing XI that suffered a five-wicket defeat at Headingley.
In a video released by the BCCI, Arshdeep Singh shed light on the story behind the amusing scene. He explained that Morkel had instituted a tradition where he would "pin" the bowlers at the end of their practice session, signaling the end of the day's work.
Arshdeep humorously added that Morkel had discovered a novel approach to conclude practice sessions, which he was demonstrating.
India currently trails the five-match series 0-1, having lost the first Test by five wickets after England successfully chased down a target of 371 runs on the final day.
